The One Time Registration - or "a la carte" - registration method is reserved for consumers who wish to register newly purchased tires and for dealers testing the TRR system or whose account retainer has dropped to $0.00.

Information that must be entered includes CONSUMER, TIRE & DEALER information per Federal law.

CONSUMER INFORMATION: name, address, email
TIRE INFORMATION: date & state of sale, tire brand, quantity, TIN
DEALER INFORMATION: name, address, email
PAYMENT INFORMATION: valid credit card #, expiration, CVV2

Once information is input, press SUBMIT and a Certificate will appear for you to print for your records. Refer to this in the event of a safety recall campaign.

New Users Register Here - dealers whose tire sale volume exceeds 25 sets annually are invited to register as TRR preferred registrants.

In order to become a recurring user of the TRR site, we need to gather some initial information about you and your dealership:

- a credit card authorization form - completed, signed, faxed to us
- pick a unique username and password
- enter the name of ONE authorized responsible individual
- enter your address, city, state, zip, EMAIL, phone and fax#
- press PROCESS APPLICATION

The process outlined above, entered ONCE, enables TRR to ease all future tire registrations and required communications. Additionally, the contract is your assurance and our representation of good faith performance.

Registered Users Login Here - dealers who have registered as recurring users (see above) can directly enter the TRR website to register tires - https://www.tirerecallregistry.com/dealer_login.cgi.

Information that must be entered includes CONSUMER and TIRE information only per Federal law.

Registered Dealers must be able to prove that they are in compliance with 49 CFR Part 574. TRR provides 24 / 7 secure access to records of tires actually registered. On this page, Dealers can quickly view tire registrations in the current and previous months. Moreover, Dealers can also reprint Certificates for customers.

Account Status - Funding by Credit Card. Your account must maintain a positive balance (above $0.00) in order to register tires. If your account drops too low you will be required to replenish your account by credit card or call 866-512-1715 to arrange for payment by business check.

Failure to maintain a positive account balance will prevent you from registering any tires.
